The short version
Prefer milestone payments after visible progress. Meet in public for first visits when you can. Keep important terms in this chat so you both have a record. WeDoIt never holds escrow or guarantees the job.
Before you pay or meet
- Read reviews and the verification labels. A badge is documents seen — not a guarantee of skill or insurance.
- Talk in the app first. A long thread is harder to fake than a five-star write-up.
- Do not send a large cash deposit before you have seen progress.
- Agree the price, scope, and when you will pay — in the chat, not only by phone.
- First visit in a public place when you can. Tell someone where you are going.
Report and block
Every profile, job, review, and chat in the app has a way to report content and to block a person. Blocking stops that account from contacting you. Reports go to operators. We have zero tolerance for scams, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, and the rest of the list in our Terms of Service.

Location and photos
We store precise coordinates so search can rank nearby people. Other users never get those coordinates — they see a neighbourhood-style label and a rounded distance. Map pins are offset so a profile is not a live GPS fix.
Chat and review photos have location metadata stripped before they are stored. Proof photos for reviews must be taken in the in-app camera.
What WeDoIt will not do
- Hold your money or recover a deposit you sent off-app.
- Insure the work or send someone to the site.
- Settle a payment dispute between you and the other person. We can hide a listing or suspend an account. We cannot reverse cash.
